Tiko Shah
Mr. Shah has more than 25 years of professional experience in calculating complex economic damages and analyzing other accounting and economic issues in a wide range of litigation contexts, including employment, securities and finance, valuation, antitrust, class action shareholder suits, and commercial litigation. He specializes in identifying experts, both academic and technical. Mr. Shah is a Certified Public Accountant and has an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the Wharton School of Business, an M.S. in accounting from New York University, and a B.A. in economics from Yale University. Mr. Shah has provided expert trial and deposition testimony.
Brandon Wallace
Brandon is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group who represents clients in the financial services and consumer goods industries. Brandon has litigated antitrust, securities, and probate matters, including in class actions and arbitrations, and has advised clients in connection with mergers & acquisitions and internal and government investigations. He has experience working with expert witnesses, and has both drafted and responded to motions to exclude expert testimony. Brandon has a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. from The University of Chicago.
